Afghan Citizen Arrested At Islamabad Airport For Traveling With Forged Documents

ISLAMABAD: An Afghan national was arrested Saturday at Islamabad International Airport for traveling with false immigration documents, ARY NEWS reported.

According to the details, four Afghan nationals used fake national identity cards, passports for immigration purposes, and of these, Ashraf Ali was arrested for traveling from Islamabad airport with forged documents.

The FIA’s anti-human trafficking wing registered a case against the four people saying that Ashraf Ali was already blacklisted on charges of falsifying documents.

“Teams have also been mobilized to arrest the agents who facilitated the whole process,” said the FIA.

Among the officials removed are Deputy Inspector Nauman Arain, Police Chief Farrukh Shamim, Ihsan Khoso and Aqeel Dastigeer.

Officials have been ordered to report on the FIA ​​zonal headquarters.
